After getting the ,,kick'' from Gurudeva on driving to work vs walking to work, I had decided to walk both ways from my home to work. I live in a big and crowded city called Bangalore.

For a spiritual purpose, it is never recommended to live in a highly crowded city like Bangalore. Please read the FAQ seciton from Kriyayoga on the same topic posted by somebody who was living in a city from USA.

As I'm still learning to love and taking my basic steps towards GOD along with my loving family I have determined to grow in strength and become free ASAP. Good old days, Bangalore was a city of flowers and gardens. Hence the another name for Bangalore was ,,Garden City''. Very small pockets of this big city is still holding the charm because of places like Lalbagh and few natural lakes like Sankey Tank. Now, all that is fast becoming history. Because of growing population and booming IT outsourcing industry, the city has lost its charm for its natural beauty. If the same situation of negligence continues from all of us (including me), there is no doubt that the city would turn into ,,Garbage city'' very soon. It depends on the actions from many people like us.

There are many industrial parks/IT parks around the city. One of important IT/Export promotion park is near whitefield - east of Bangalore. I live in a place close to my office. The approximate distance is 4 kms from my home to office one way. I used to use my motorbike to commute to office everyday. Now, I have decided to walk to work daily. As I'm walking, I'm feeling why we're living in a hell in side a hell and it is time to work towards going back to Home in GOD.
